About Us | Our History
When community members pooled their resources to form the Berlin Hospital Association in 1911, little did they know how much their hometown hospital would impact the local quality of life the next 90 years and beyond.
The Berlin Hospital Association - or Community Health Network as we know it today - has evolved from one small hospital, serving the Berlin community, to include two hospitals, a nursing home, nearly two dozen outlying community clinics, a retail pharmacy and a rehabilitation program serving nine surrounding communities.
Why Choose CHN1100+ Years of service to the community.
Just think about this - your community hospital has been in existence in Berlin since 1911. That is over 100 years of healthcare right at your fingertips! Although numerous changes, relocations, and advancements have taken place, their commitment to improving the health of people remains the top priority..
